Cleaning Up / Merging Similar Fields

Avatar

Level 9

We consolidated about a year after implementation some of our departments and we have specific individual drop downs that have most of the same values.

I understand that WF does not have logic driven field choices (aka, If I select A in Field #1, in Field #2 ONLY X, Y, and Z will show).

Has anyone successful found a way to merge some of these fields while still restricting the choices based off another field?

Case Use: We want to merge audience types - I know we can do so with an IF statement but cannot recall if you can graph a calculated field.

Hi Christina,

You cannot group (therefor graph) on a calculated column, but if you create a calculated field on the custom form, you should be able to group by that.

Let me know if I can help more!
