Changing Main Administrator

Our acting Main Administrator was let go and i need to deactivate their account. I also have an administrator account but am unable to change their access as i'm not the main administrator. Any thoughts on how to go about changing their access? Thanks

Hi Chris, I'd suggest you reset their password now to secure the account, and then contact your Workfront Customer Success Rep and request that they update your domain's primary SysAdmin account to point to the new lead SysAdmin (i.e. yours), which should then allow you to deactivate the former account and remove the license. Or you can just navigate to Setup>System>Customer Info and replace the email address of that User with yours: After that, you should be able to deactivate the other Admin User. Hope that helps:) Naira Melkonyan Workfront
