Can we add subtask dynamically when adding data in Custom Form Field?

Eg:-In  Custom Form Asset Type Field when I select Digital. Digital subtask need to create dynamically in Work order.

You would need Workfront Fusion

Fusion is an iPAAS application so if your organization already has one, such as Zapier, Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, any of these can be used

Well you need a tool that is capable of automating activity. Any of these "integration" tools would do that too. Workfront does not have an inbuilt Automation engine. It relies of Workfront Fusion (or you could write a routine using the API and host it somewhere yourselves).
