Is there any way to have a custom form applied to every document uploaded to Proof with automatic approval stages? We're trying to have a form available to track some specific information for every invoice that is uploaded for approval vs. adding it as a manual step after the document is uploaded and converted to a proof.

You could achieve this with Fusion, but it's not possible using the native Workfront functionality.
