Bulk update all issues in a Request Queue to View only

We have a request queue that has been decommissioned and I have updated the sharing on the project to view only. However, the issues within the project maintain the shared access levels that were given when it was current. Is there a way for me to bulk update all of the issues to view only for any user it was shared with?

Not easily - bulk UNshare doesn't exist, sadly. 

You could copy them and deselect the "permissions" checkbox. Eg copy them into a task, remove the existing ones, and move the new copies back.
