Last Update and Last Updated by fields
What exactly does Last Update mean? Does it mean an actual change to an item or is it just the last person to click within the item.
I havent been able to find a solid definition anywhere.

There are only below standard fields available:
Last Updated By
Last Update Date
Last Updated.
Last Updated By holds the user who has made any changes last. and I guess 'Last Update' could be custom field on your form as it is not a standard field.
