Best way to ensure all requests are shared with requesters from 2 queues.

I have created the filters for the built-in report so that all request and their status are narrowed to the 2x required queues. However, I am struggling to remember the easiest way to ensure the viewers of the report maintain visibility of all the requests submitted - is this as simple as ensuring they have visibility of the project queue - ie the project queue is shared with them?

Yes! Sharing the queue with them on at least a view access will ensure that they always have access to view the submitted requests.
