Based on Organizational unit selection request should redirect to team

I would like to create request, which is based on selection of Organizational unit,  request should redirected to specified team

@kas16 Requests cannot be routed according to a custom field selection, however, you can apply routing rules to Queue Topics and route requests to specific teams or individuals. So, in your case, I would recommend creating queue topics based on organizational unit so that depending on what is selected, the appropriate team can be notified.
