We are looking to be able to schedule tasks and assignments based on open availability within an 8 hour work day. And have it automatically fill in open time daily/weekly based on it and adjust any predecessors into the next available slot for the assignee. Ex: someone is scheduled only 4 hours one day so I'm able to assign them an 8 hour task that day and then the remaining hours roll over into the next available day. Is this possible or do I manually have to use the planning / staffing tabs to see when they have availability and adjust accordingly? Thanks! Kelsey Gunderson CJA - cj Advertising
