Hey Tony, I'm not sure how your instance is set up, but you could create project templates that marry up to each of your request types to help facilitate a speedier back-end process. Each project template will have the corresponding request queue's custom forms attached to it, so everything translates over when you Convert to Project from template! I'm not aware of an automated way (outside of advanced API work) to convert requests into a project. e.g. Print Collateral request queue --> Print Collateral project template (converts in as few as 3 clicks) Hope this helps!
