Hi, we have to allocate licences on a needs basis and like many we have more demand sometimes than availability of Plan licences. However, we do know that not all plan liciences are being fully used and a Review licence would probably suffice.
I run reports to determine plan licences allocated to people who don't own project spaces but a Review licence will not work for people that need to update status', edit custom form fields and/or tasks in project spaces.
I have a quite manual process at the moment but can't help feeling there must be a single report I can run. If anyone has such a report to flag such users I'd be really grateful as my attempts have failed to date.
