Playing a key role on the Marcom team, the Marcom Manager is the primary interface between brand marketing, creative design, production, regional marketing teams and IT. Focused on supporting the overall digital asset management (DAM) & marketing automation (MA) system processes, the Marcom Manager will play a key role to ensure the DAM and marketing automation system continue to deliver on the Marcom team’s requirements and will seek to identify ways to optimize it. While supporting organizational strategy, the Marcom team’s success relies on the ability for our marcom systems to support all cross-functional objectives to create and deliver highly effective outbound product and marketing assets aimed at the consumer.
The Marcom Manager’s primary responsibility will be to manage the DAM and MA systems to ensure that the team has the ability to proactively communicate projects and status to/from regional teams, publish project workflow for all stakeholders, drive asset development schedules, understand product marketing direction, and drive project reviews and asset downloads using our systems and processes. The Marcom manager will also manage individual marcom projects as needed.
