Approval Error?

For many of our approval requests, our reviewers are receiving an error when they go to the request in the work list. The error reads: An error has occurred and we are working to resolve the issue. To continue with your work, try refreshing this browser page.

They've cleared their cache, history, cookies, etc., tried a different browser, and it's been happening for a few days now. Is there a way to resolve this?

Whenever i am sorting a list Workfront throw me an error.

 i have tried clearing cache and cookies as well.

I'm having the same issue, tried clearing cookies + cache as well to no avail.
