Adding Team Members to Workfront Request

Hello -- we utilize Workfront for account mapping and CRM list pulls/data bumps. Can you please confirm if there is a way to add multiple team members to a CRM Data pull request in Workfront so that all members added receive communication from the Workfront team?

Hi there, not sure I'm understanding, but sounds like you're wanting requests from a request queue to be routed to a team of people. Correct?

If so, yes that is possible. In the queue, you can set up routing rules to go to either an individual or a team. If you don't have the team created, create the team first. Then create your queue topic if you don't have one created. You can set up a routing rule and then associate the routing rule with your queue topic. Enter the team in the routing rule.
