Hi Angela, We have set RAID items by using the Issue object with queue topics for different types of issue (and associated custom forms based on the type of update required). So for example we have queue topics setup as RAID log item and Detailed condition report. For raid log the first thing on the custom form determines the type (risk, issue, dependency etc) – which drives the display logic for the rest of the form.
