Question

Workfront - Contributor

Hello Team,

I've noticed that within our company, one of our teams is utilizing Adobe Workfront, and upon reviewing our contract, it appears we only have licenses for the standard tier. However, I've observed that there is also usage under the 'Contributor' category. I'm aware that Contributors have a monthly cap on 'decisions,' and if this limit is exceeded, the user is automatically upgraded to a Light User for the duration of the current contract term.

What I'm uncertain about is whether the 'Contributor' license incurs an additional cost or if it's included at no extra charge.

Could you please clarify this for me?

Thank you!

@deepakch3

Contributor license has a cost. Per Adobe only External is no-cost

Talk to your Adobe Account Manager to get the details.

Hello @deepakch3 - the Contributor license does not have a cost associated.  The Light license typically does have a cost associated with the license.  The Admin team should consult with their Account Manager or Account Executive to get an understanding of options when a $0 Contributor (reviewer) user exceeds the approval limits and their license type is converted to Light.
