Our insurance and benefits client in Atlanta is looking for a FREELANCE Traffic Coordinator to start in September, 40 hours per week.
While this is a REMOTE role, the client prefers candidates in the Atlanta area in case they are needed to go into the office (rare). You'll be expected to work 9AM to 5PM Eastern time zone hours.
The Traffic Coordinator will train and work alongside another Traffic Coordinator to support the clients' heavy open enrollment collateral production period. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running in Workfront and quickly integrate into the team and processes.
Traffic Coordinator Responsibilities
- Use Workfront to assign jobs and tasks, traffic assets, track projects, communicate with stake holders and help solve Workfront issues
- Communicate proactively and confidently with designers, approvers, and team members to ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
- Solve problems that arise and escalate as necessary to team leaders
- Communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to move projects along
- Attend quick daily call with other Traffic Coordinator and leadership to provide status on project and challenges
Traffic Coordinator Requirements
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment trafficking creative design assets
- Insurance or finance industry experience is a big plus
- Proficient in Workfront; bonus if can do reporting
- Flexible and able to go with the flow - Assigned tasks may vary week to week
- Confident, proactive communicator
- Must live in the Atlanta area
