Job Description:
As an Adobe Workfront Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to our clients in optimizing their use of the Workfront platform. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, two to five years of hands-on Workfront experience, and a deep understanding of Workfront Fusion and/or other iPaaS technologies. Additionally, knowledge of other MarTech platforms, including Digital Asset Management, Marketing Performance Management, and Work Management is preferred. Estimated travel is less than 15%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workfront Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Workfront to analyze client requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices to enhance their Workfront system.
- Fusion and iPasS Integration: Demonstrate proficiency in Workfront Fusion or other iPaaS technologies to facilitate seamless integrations and streamline workflows between Workfront and other systems.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their business goals, assess their needs, and offer strategic recommendations to implement and optimize their use of the Workfront platform.
- Training and Documentation: Provide training sessions for clients and internal teams, creating comprehensive documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, updates, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your skills and provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Two to five years of hands-on experience with the Workfront platform.
- Proficiency in Workfront Fusion or other iPaaS platforms.
- Knowledge on other MarTech platforms is a plus. This includes Digital Asset Management (e.g. AEM, Aprimo) and Work Management (e.g., Aprimo, Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
