Workfront Proof Chat Function

Apologies if this idea was already voiced, but I didn't see anything for it with my search. Not sure if this functionality is even possible, but I figured I would try to share.

My team and I are interested in a real-time chat feature for Workfront Proof. We already have real-time insight as to who is in the proof displaying initials at the top right, but it would be great to be able to click on their circle to send them a quick note or question. Tagging a user isn't always necessary, and it creates tons of extra emails and notifications. Having the extra functionality to collaborate "on the fly", rather than having to switch applications to find them in our chat app, would definitely increase productivity.
