Workfront Proof: Ability to view the custom message(s) that were sent out with proof generation

We want the custom messages, which may have special instructions or additional details to the project, to be saved and accessible either in the Proof details tab or Proof Comments tab.

Often, people may have lost the custom message email, and the special instructions or details need to be recovered.

Currently, you can access them by adding a new recipient and copying and pasting. However, many users need to be made aware of this and need help finding the messaging.

Hi David,

Our work around for this is to place a copy of the message as the first comment card in the proof. That way it is available for all reviewers.

Thanks, David. That's what we're going to have to do.

It seems like a time waste if the proof creator has to go back in after the proof is created to copy and paste something that hopefully the system can capture cleaner.

It seems my initial message is getting cut off and will only display about 3 lines... this was working fine until a week ago. I have done what another user here suggested, which is to add the info. into a comment. But I can't figure out why it was fine a week ago and now is not fine.
