Workfront notification if a user un-allocates himself from a task [currently does not exist!]

We have noticed that if a user has accepted a work request, but suddenly removes it from his list ("Remove it from my list"), the Project Owner of the project that task was belonging to doesn't receive any notification (Workfront, not necessarily email).

This is a big issue for us, as we cannot expect a Project Owner to have to continuously scan the task allocations in his project plan to ensure nobody has removed himself from a task.

This should be a standard Workfront notification to help the Project Owners and ensure assigned tasks don't suddenly become un-assigned without a notification to be sent.

Thank you

I agree, the Project Owner should be notified if a user chooses to remove an item from their My Work tab - both "Remove from my list" or "Send back to Work Requests".

On my system, it doesn't appear that a user is unassigned from the task - project plan still shows the assignment, but since it's no longer on the assignee's list that is a big problem for the Project Owner.
