When uploading a new version, create an option to default to that users default settings instead of those in the previous versions

Our proofs travel between clients, design teams and account managers. Before the recent update when uploading a new version of a proof the settings defaulted to that of the user who was uploading.

This was great as our account managers could set a custom email message in their personal settings and it would appear each time they uploaded a proof to send to a client.

Now after the update it takes the setting of the previous version. Meaning that every time an account manager uploads a new version they have to copy/paste the email subject and the email into the fields where they previous just appeared. Its was too many extra clicks considering they are sending out in excess of 30+ per day.

I can see why some users would want it to revert to the previous proof but I would like the option to be able to choose which setting it takes. We have had WorkFront revert us back to the old system as this was causing us that much pain!!

This is especially annoying as it used to work for us and now it doesn't - WorkFront please give us the option and vote this up if you agree!!
