We use the resource planner and filter by team to see how much work individuals within a team have been assigned to within a month. However, it would be great to see the work that has been assigned to the team, but is yet to be assigned to an individual within the team. This would allow managers to get a handle on whether they need to bring a freelancer in for a particular time period. Work is assigned to specific individuals closer to the time, but that would be too short notice to hire freelancers.
For example, if we use the resource planner and filter by the picture desk team, we can see all the work that is assigned to the individuals within that team for the upcoming months that has been booked onto the system so far. But we can't see what is yet to be assigned to the individuals within the team, but has been booked with that team.
If there was a 'unassigned picture desk' section (in regards to this example) that would be ideal.
