View Update History on Templates

It would be great if there was a tab where you can see updates of any changes made in templates and who made those edits. Perhaps even just a column that says "Last Edited" with a date and user displayed.

I think this would help with accountability and transparency.

Even if this could be included in the Audit Logs, that would be extremely helpful.
