Oftentimes, team members are waiting on predecessors that are "late" to complete before they can begin their own tasks.
However, these late predecessors mess up our resource planner--making team members look like they're overallocated with tasks they can't work on
We would like to see something like the following:
- When a late predecessor task isn't finished, future tasks in the resource planner would have an "x" through it (or some way to denote current task/project status)
- This would allow us to see how many "on time" tasks (and hours) a resource is really scheduled for
- It would better allow us to see real capacity (and potentially take on new projects we didn't think we had capacity for)
