User Names in Utilization Report

In the Utilization tab in Reports, it doesn't show the User names that are working on a particular project, only the user's role. We have multiple users with the same role, but we assign them task according to their availability and skill. The new utilization feature in the reports section wouldn't help in seeing exactly who is being utilized for which project(s) in the given week.

Since the deprecation of the Resource Grid, there NEEDS to be a way to see where user hours are going to on a particular day and week, on which projects in a much clearer way than the scheduling tab.
