As client who has both Workfront & Workfront Proof, I can only provision/remove users in Workfront, therefore one would expect that all aspects of that user account are synced.
However, we've found that an important setting (among others) is not propagated over - TimeZone.
So if the default time zone in WorkfrontProof doesn't match the user's timezone in Workfront, they get errors, wrong date labels, and wrong proof deadlines.
The idea (though really this is a bug) is that all coinciding data fields about a user between Workfront and WorkfrontProof should be synchronized and managed in Workfront (for customer who use both).
