Timesheets: Restrict entering more than 24 hours for a single day

Issue: Users can currently enter more than 24 hours for a single day in Workfront timesheets.

Desired Behavior: Display an error message when total hours on a day exceed 24 hours.

I have requirements for entering more than 24 hours on a single day.

Given that, if this proposal was for a timesheet only rule, or an optional setting, or just a warning, I’d agree.

@Doug_Den_Hoed__AtAppStore: I believe it would be best to have an optional setting that includes a warning or conditional formatting to highlight excessive hours.
