Support for Project Roles in Workfront Staffing

Feature Request Description: Staffing in Workfront project only support job roles but does not provide context for that individuals role on the project. This would be called "Project Function". We would like the ability to select for each assigned staff member a "Project Function" from a pre-defined list.
