Right now emails are truncated if an update (note) on an issue/task is greater than 10 lines OR 796 characters.
On top of that the (...) indicator that tells you there's more of a message left is WAY too small if you could fix that it would help tremendously as a stop gap for this problem.
Our clients work 100% over email and if one of our employees sends an update with too many characters our clients miss the email and are left confused. This is a negative experience and there's no reason workfront shouldn't just leave all of the text intact in the email notification. Who cares if there's a lot of text there, our employees decided it was necessary to write out that long of a note I don't think that's something workfront should decide.
