Simplify/Customize Role and Email Alerts Dropdowns

It would be great to be able to Deactivate certain options of the Role and Email Alerts so there are less options in the Stage for users to choose from.

For example our agency only uses the Roles of Reviewer or Reviewer & Approver. We also only use Emails Alerts of either Decisions or Disabled (side note: Disabled should be renamed to let you know you WILL receive alerts, if it's your turn).

If I could deactivate the extraneous options from the Account Settings, then the entire setup here would be streamlined as well as easier to train workflow owners on how to use.
