Show assignment specific hours in home (specific to the end user)

Currently we are unable to add the specific end users planned hours for tasks in the home tab. We can show the tasks planned hours as a whole or the primary assignments hours for the task, not not the specific user who is viewing their home. If the assignments object was available as an object as a drop down option when editing the home tab in the layout templates, it wouldn't be an issue.
