Shorten URL for Workfront Proofs

Can we get shortened URL links for sharing Workfront proofs similar to bit.ly URLs?

When there is a need to reference another Workfront proof in a comment or to share the link another way, the URL is very long (about 180 characters). A short URL is always better.

Associated question... my URL links stopped working yesterday after one year of plain sailing, my operators no longer have permission to view.. I don't suppose you have encountered the same issue this week ??
