We have been working with an AMAZING ASE for the last few years, and it makes us sad that there is no way to get him a ticket to LEAP to meet us because our account is a small account and despite MOST of our super users going to LEAP, we just don't have the numbers to earn him a ticket.
It would be great for Workfront to create some kind of lottery or rewards system that would give ASEs who work on smaller accounts the chance to go to LEAP & meet their clients, based on the positive experiences they create for us rather than sheer number of company users in attendance.
Don't get me wrong-- we LOVE our CSR and sales staff, but our ASE is so integral to our success with the tool and our continued use that I'd love to see a way to get him a chance to go & meet his clients.
We can't be the only ones who feel this way. Workfront has a GREAT team of people-- I'm sure there are other ASEs besides ours who could benefit!
