We would like the ability to post updates to the entire Project Team, but at the task level. Our Project Owners use a "Weekly Updates" task to post summaries where they sometimes need to @ mention the entire project team. It is important for these updates to stay nested under the "Weekly Updates" task to make them easy to reference and report on throughout the life of the project.
Currently, the Project Owner has to navigate to the People tab of the project, screenshot the list of names, then go back to the "Weekly Updates" task to manually tag all project team members and type out their update.
If we had a "Project Team" suggestion in the "Notify" section of the task Updates field, that would let us make the weekly updates seamlessly without having to manually collate information and names. I could also see this working as a separate button under the "Notify" section.
