For meeting minutes we upload a new version of the document. Weekly meetings for a project that goes on for a year and that is 52 versions of a document.
If I need to go back and review previous meeting minutes, it takes a while to find it since I can't put a comment on a version update to say which meeting that document version is for.
It would be great if you could search document versions and also put a comment on each version.
Otherwise, we'll need to go back to individual documents - 52 individual documents instead of just 1 with 52 versions.
