Is it possible, when a user makes a request, they select the team and
the project they want it to go to, and then have the routing rules set
up to route the issue to the project that the user selects? Is there a
better way to do that?
We've had issues getting the integration with JIRA working and now that
it is I need to see which WorkFront tasks did not get automatically
created in JIRA. Is there a way to see Workfront tasks that are NOT
linked to JIRA? I would love to be able to do a report or view where I
can see the linked JIRA number in a column... thanks! Lee
The burndown chart is great and very helpful for the team and
internally; however for communication to our externally
stakeholders...they'd like to see a burn-up chart to show how much work
has been completed versus what is left to do.
When using the story board, I have to use the mouse to move items from
the Not Started or "To Do" column to the In Progress or "Doing"
column...if I try to do that on my tablet touchscreen with either a
finger or stylus, it doesn't work. I'd like to be able to update the
story board without needing a mouse.
Yes, I did. That shows me issues that User 1 is assigned, issues that
User 2 are assigned, and mixed in that list are issues they are both on.
I only want to see the issues that both User 1 AND User 2 are assigned
on together. I opened a ticket and was told that the functionality I was
looking for was currently not achievable; that's why I posted this on
the idea exchange.
