Search users regardless of accents in user name

It would be great if, when tagging someone, Workfront would search names regardless of character accents in names.

Speaking of search improvements; it would be nice if search started returning the users I most frequently interact with, or users in my immediate groups.  I need to type nearly the entire name to get to the colleague I want. (ie: there's a lot of "Michael"s here)
