Reports, Dashboards & Calendars usage

The "Report" Report is a great feature! We love being able to see how many views each report gets over time to see the usefulness of the reporting we build. The one features that is missing from this is calendars. We create so many calendars which our team members request that we would really like to see if they are being used in the same way the reports are.

The features I am asking for is the ability to include calendars as a report type to see various data point on the same way you would a task or project report.

This will be tremendously helpful. I would like to be able to see this information not just from a total count but also by role and other demographic data to see how well a report or dashboard is meeting the needs of a particular team or group of users. It would also be helpful if Admin logins (Log in as) can be excluded from the count as they distort the numbers.

I agree with Polly's idea. I need to know all the people using the report and when they use it.

I would also like automatically sent reports included. We have a ton of those, and I hope that system access counts. I need to see to whom the reports are sent, too.

Hey, all,

As you all know, we've delivered the functionality for tracking Reports usage statistics over a year ago, so I'm going to mark this idea as Delivered.

I know this idea also includes request for Dashboards and Calendars statistics, but those are not on the roadmap for the coming year. If you'd like us to consider adding those too at a later point, please submit separate ideas for them.

Even as an Admin, I only have access to those Calendars that I've created or someone has shared with me.

It would be great if ALL calendars were accessible for Admins in a list similar to reports.

I understand the way calendars are currently accessed, with the calendar names across the top of the page like tabs you wouldn't want access to every single calendar in the system. It could potentially be impossible to see the calendar itself because there might be so many rows of calendar names.

But I'm often asked to troubleshoot things that aren't showing on a particular calendar, which is impossible to do without access to that calendar. This sometimes means guessing who may have created that calendar, logging in as them and sharing it with myself.

Hi there - we love that this idea has come to fruition... however, there is one major component lacking for us: calendar usage.
