Reminder Notifications to be sent to a team or a role or even a specific person, but not the entire user database each time a reminder is necessary.

Allow reminder notifications to not have to be sent to the entire user database, but allow them to be issued to a specific team or job role or even a multiple selection of users. The all or nothing scenario prevents us from being able to utilize this very helpful notification within the application.
