Recycle Bin for Custom Forms

Pull the custom forms from the recycle bin when they are accidentally deleted. This has happened far too often with clients and it would save everyone a heart attack 🙂

I've been in the center of this fire drill before. It's not a pleasant experience. I would also like to see this functionality.
