Recognize Users When Opening Proof From URL

When our users send a "public" URL link to a proof, Workfront doesn't recognize our own users if they access the proof that way. We have a number of users who aren't terribly well-versed in the system, so sharing a link is an easy solution, were it not for the fact that WF sees them as an external user.

It would be wonderful if WF would be able to recognize our own users no matter how they're accessing a proof (from within a project, from a "proof ready" email or from the public URL).
