Not everyone in our organization uses Workfront for project management. It has to lead to a miriad of issues when it comes to how other departments within our company make requests of the marketing department. I would like to have the ability to make a request form public, essentially granting access to non-authenticated users. Our current process for departments outside ours is to send them a Word Document with questions from our request forms. They email it back to us, and we convert to a project or task. If I could send a link to a request form, that would minimize the headache of setting that person up with an account and contacting IT to get them SSO access (which can take days if IT is busy).
