Proof Automated Workflow Maintenance

Provide the ability to change all person A's roles in all automated workflows to person B without having to manually examine every single workflow and manually change them.

We have dozens of workflows and to go through each changing person A to person B is very tedious and time consuming.

If that can't be achieved, how about a reporting facility to list automated workflows and who is assigned to what. That would at least show what had to be changed.
