Possibility to restore deleted Views

Currently the Recycle Bin does not show deleted Views. It should be possible to also recover deleted Views from users, not only Projects, Tasks, Issues and Documents.

I just got burned by this, royally... Apparently a fellow admin of mine did not see the need for a view that took me a couple hours to design in text mode, and was applied to several group's layouts. Instead of just removing it from the layouts, they completely deleted it and now I have to repeat the work.
