Allow Project Manager to restrict access to document folders. The PM could limit who has access to a folder that contains sensitive or confidential project documents even though users had access to the project and other folders with non-sensitive information.
Hi Timothy! It's not terribly intuitive but there is a way to achieve this through sharing. Here's what you'd need to do:
Go to Documents
Select the folder you want to restrict access to
Click on the 3 dots to the right of the folder name in the nav
Click "Share"
Remove anyone you do not want to be able to see the folder by clicking on the X at the far right of their name.
One thing I would like to see changed is to be able to restrict these folders at the template level so that it does not have to be done manually for each project.
