Personality Type in user profile (optional)

Under 'my settings' then 'personal info' add an optional personality type area of the form. People could input their personality type info, including personality color (blue, green, red or yellow, based on Meyers-Briggs, DiSC or other).

Then have a subtle way to show the personality color; such as when hovering the mouse over someone's name, have a color dot next to it or their name underlined in that color. Subtle enough to not be distracting, or seem empty if you did not want to have personality type, but visible enough for those that did.

I think this idea is very similar to this one below and personality type would just be a custom field on a User form. I do like the idea of adding an icon next to a person as an indicator.

Logistically similar, but the intent is different. I think the 'personality type' makes this different enough; although I suppose if you could choose what was displayed in the user profile and custom forms can already be created under the user profile, this post would be redundant.
