Hi,
I have noticed that if I use a pdf with links in a custom form (used in a request queue), after clicking them they open in the same window. When you then click back, you do not get to the request but to the main 'Requests' page. Thus, the requestor needs to again select their request queue, select queue topics, etc. This is bad customer experience.
My suggestion is to make the links open in a new window by default.
