I have the same request. We're trying to get people to work with our team by using Workfront but if you don't know if the person you are sending an update to is in the office, that poses a big problem. We have no indication whether the update is being received at that time or who we should be directing the update to in the case of an out of office situation. Our team has a workaround where we check on Teams to see if the person is in the office when we don't hear back in a timely manner. However, our clients who don't use Workfront a lot don't know to do that and expect that someone is getting their updates. It has caused several issues and has put projects at risk.
