We are in the process of migrating our appx 1.000 users to NWE. What we noticed is, that it would be easier to copy already configured NWE layout templates and adapt them instead of using the Classic Templates where we would need to add all the settings that are new in the NWE.
According to our support engineer, the mapping between a classic layout template and the corresponding one in the NWE is done via the ID. So it would be a great feature if we could either manually map a specific NWE template to a Classic one (so users migrated would receive that NWE template) or manually set the ID on the NWE template to match whichever Classic template we would like.
